&lt;p data-ke-size=&quot;size16&quot;&gt;&lt;span&gt;봄이 오는 요즈음&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;아침에 벌떡 일어나 지지가 않네요&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;먹어도 채워지지 않는 허기로 식욕과의 싸움이 힘듭니다&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;빵과 과자를 찾게 되고 설탕범벅의 음료를 자꾸 마시게 되네요&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;자다가도 몇 번이나 깨고 머리가 묵직하네요&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;몸살기운이 항상 있는 듯합니다.. 운동이 정말 하기가 싫습니다&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;몸이 점점 무거워지는 것이 느껴집니다&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p data-ke-size=&quot;size16&quot;&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;매스컴에서 걷기 열풍이 일어났을 때는 정말 열심히도 걸었습니다&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;맨발 걷기도 꽤 열심히 했었네요&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;그런데 어느 날부터인가 발가락과 발목이 아프고&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;발바닥도 팽팽하게 긴장이 되어 있음을 느꼈습니다&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;무작정 너무 많이 걷기만 한 걸까요&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;? &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;한의원이나 정형외과에 가 보아도 드라마틱한 효과는 없었습니다&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;획기적인 전환이 필요한 듯합니다.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p data-ke-size=&quot;size16&quot;&gt;&lt;span&gt;러닝에 대한 사례가 가득한 채널에 들어가 보았습니다&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;느리게 달려도 효과만점이고 주 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;회 딱 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;30&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;분만 뛰어도 효과가 좋다고 합니다&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;허리나 무릎이 안 좋으신 분들도 슬로 조깅을 해서 좋아졌다고 합니다&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;어떤 채널에서 몇십 년 동안 러닝을 해 오신 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;70~80&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;대 어르신들을 정형외과로 모셔가서 검사를 했더니 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;5,60&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;대 못지않은 근력과 관절상태를 유지하고 있더라고요.. 대체로 슬로조깅의 운동효과는 놀라웠습니다&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;저대로만 꾸준히 하면 심폐력이 짱짱해지고 고지혈증, 고혈압, 고혈당의 공포와 위험에서 벗어날 수 있겠구나 싶습니다&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
